All rights of trademarks, designs, texts and all other products are under ZaZa Factory sole copyright. Modifications, reproductions or any imitation or copy is forbidden. However, links towards the website are allowed without any specific authorization.
1. General agreement
By placing an order with ZaZa Factory, it is deemed that the purchaser has read, understood and agreed to those Terms and Conditions. If the purchaser is unhappy with any aspect of those Terms and Conditions, please contact ZaZa Factory before placing an order ([email protected]).
Any Terms and Conditions that the purchaser proposes or objects to are subject to the written consent of ZaZa Factory.
2. Products
ZaZa Factory has tried to accurately display the colors of products, on the website the colors depend on the monitor used and may not be accurate.
Furthermore please note that ZaZa Factory products are made of recycled material. Some corresponding inequalities of material and colours are possible.
Thus, pictures showing the products are not binding. ZaZa Factory could not be held responsible in case of any major differences between the picture and the real bag.
3. Order
Automatic registration system are considered as legal evidence of nature, content and date of the order. ZaZa Factory confirms the order to the purchaser by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the purchaser. Sale is considered as final only after this confirmation. ZaZa Factory reserves the right to cancel orders of a purchaser involved in an issue with a previous order. Pieces of information given by the purchaser, during the order, are binding: in case of a mistake in these pieces of information, ZaZa Factory could not be held responsible for any error in the delivery.
4. Delivery
Once the order is confirmed, ZaZa Factory will deliver to the shipper all the products ordered by the purchaser within 7 hours. The shipper is bind with ZaZa Factory to deliver the order at the address given by the purchaser to ZaZa Factory.
Regarding shipping outside of France
The purchaser will be charged for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by his/her local government. As customs policies vary widely by country, ZaZa Factory cannot anticipate what these charges will be and is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches the purchaser’s country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.
Each and every order took by ZaZa Factory are intended for personal use only, purchaser or final users are not allowed to sell, partially or entirely, any products. ZaZa Factory could not be held responsible if taxes are not paid by the purchaser. Delivery will be operated by the French Post office either as a “colissimo suivi” or a “chronopost”, following the choice of the purchaser.
The advised dates of delivery may change because of events beyond our control (war, riots, fire, strike, accident,…)
Be aware that any ZaZa Factory products used recycled raw materials, each product is unique and can comport some irregularities of appearance (scratches, snags, faded impression, …) These “imperfections” are not default in a legal term but intrinsic elements of the raw material. Thus, ZaZa Factory cannot be held responsible for any variations in quality of the tarp, in printing, in colors and patterns.
If the product is in any way faulty or does not conform to the order placed, the purchaser disposes of 48 hours to send a register letter with recorded delivery to ZaZa Factory (ZaZa Factory– 10 Rue de la Fontaine au Roi– 75011 Paris – France).
If the purchaser wants two delivery points, two different orders are needed, delivery fees will be calculated consequently.
5. Rights of Return
The purchaser has 7 days after delivery to test the product. In case of an exchange or a refund, all goods must be returned in perfect condition along with a copy of your initial invoice/delivery note with its original package without signs of usage at the following address :

In such a situation, ZaZa Factory has to refund the purchaser within 15 days.
6. Price
The price is in Euros
The price does not include the shipping cost
The price indicated on the order confirmation is the final price, tax included (VAT for France and EU)
The price includes the price of products as well as the handling, wrapping and stocking fees
7. Payment
The price billed to the purchaser is the final price shown on the confirmation. Payment has to be done with a credit/debit card. Online, Paypal allows the purchaser to make a payment in a safe environment.
The order will be validated by ZaZa Factory only after the payment confirmation by Paypal to ZaZa Factory. If the payment is refused by Paypal for any reason the order will be cancelled automatically and the purchaser will be notified by e-mail.
Payment security
Paypal is used to secure your payments. Thanks to Paypal, your payment is directly credited on a safe server of ZaZa Factory’s bank.
Your card number or any other confidential information related to your credit/debit card will not be communicated at any time.
All the data related to your payments are encrypted and safely secured thanks to SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer) protocol on the internet, this protocol has now become a worldwide standard supported by most of internet browsers.
8. Issue
The present contract is ruled by the provisions of French law.
ZaZa Factory's responsibility is limited to the amount of the order.
ZaZa Factory could not be held responsible for any damages (material, immaterial or physical) resulting of a misuse of ZaZa Factory's product.
9. Warranty
ZaZa Factory products are all made in fair trade way.
